I was born and raised in Cornwall, and have always had a passion for dance. I moved away from home at the age of 17 to train professionally, and upon graduating I moved to London to pursue my career and the bright lights of the stage.

I worked in a variety of genres from musical theatre to commercial and television but didn’t experience my ‘big break’ until my 8th year in the industry.

Despite my successes, it was still a struggle to afford my rent in London and I found it a challenge to create financial stability. At the age of 25 I started my first online business alongside my career in the arts and haven’t looked back.

I continued to work in the performing arts industry alongside growing my online business - and most recently worked as an assistant choreographer in musical films including, Walt Disney’s ‘Beauty and The Beast’ and Universal’s ‘Mamma Mia, Here We Go Again’.

One of my biggest passions now is to share the crucial work on mindset that I believe was the catalyst for my success, both in business and performing arts.
